Ed,

You should put a parachute and wheelie bars on that thing!

Cool that your putting the CAM2 decals on it.

--Dave

I was actually looking at a junior dragster parachute but can't see spending $100 on something I wouldn't really use.Maybe if someone had just the pack,I'd stuff towels in it and run a rope underneath and tie it to the chassis. A dummy chute like some guys ran in Super Gas. '<img'>

Very cool, Ed. I'm already looking forward to seeing it at the FCR. Certainly does deserve a display.

You need this engine in it, puts out around 60+hp (out of 1 cylinder).

It will run around 6.90' or quicker at around 100+mph in the 1/8th mile with a car and driver weight package of 500+lbs

That puppy cost probably 5 times what I paid for this. Weight without driver was advertised at approx. 125#. To be truthful,I haven't even tried to fit my fat @ss in it yet. '<img'>

They also had Bud King and Blue Max EXPs but they were a bit smaller and made by a different company. In one of my old mags there is a shot of Goose and MT racing front engine style digger go carts. ''

Never saw that one. It's cooler in that it has the injector hat. That's the one thing the Pepsi Challengers did not have.
Uh oh that add said it also had a Monza body.Gotta be a Jungle car. Gotta be !!  ':p'

FC fan1; That freakin Pepsi Challenger is the coolest thing.
I saw that MT front (Briggs)engine dragster last week hanging on the wall in a garage in North Jersey. Also a kiddie car powered by a chain saw engine.
I Know, I know- you think I am bull$hitting don't you?!'<img'> '<img'> Goldy

One thing I have to change is the body mounting bolts. It has six of them and right now they are the typical nut and bolt.A real pain in the @ss to unfasten them all.I'm going to try a cotter pin approach. We have a sh*tload of them at work. I'll be like Johnny Cash, "One Piece At a Time",snek it out in my big lunch box. I can get any type of emery cloth and wire brush wheels, cleaner and especially those shop rags. '<img'>
You should see the brake. One skid plate against a wheel.Had a bad experience with one of them on a minibike when I was a kid.Don't work too good if the tire is wet.
